Timeline and organisation

A two-stage selection process is to apply:

• November 16, 2014: Abstract submission
• November 28, 2014: Notification of whether the abstract is in scope
• Jan 31, 2015: Paper submission (max. 10 pages), double blind full paper review according to scientific standards
• Jan 31, 2015: Reviews out / Feb. 15, 2015 for submissions within extended deadline
• March 1, 2015: “Camera-ready” papers due (standard OCG format available)
• April 27, 2014: Volume available
• May 7-8, 2014: Conference
